Stuck?
Talk to a human
If the help center has not answered your question, write to us. Support is one address — support@flightplan.run — and a person reads it.
Nothing here is too small to send. A question, something that looks broken, a screen that behaves in a way you did not expect, or something Flightplan cannot do that you need it to do: all of it goes to the same address.
What to tell us
Three things turn a message into an answer instead of a round of questions:
- What you were trying to do. Generate a checklist from a schedule, close a task somebody else was assigned, connect Slack.
- What happened instead. The wording of any error, copied rather than described, and what the screen said.
- Where. The address in the browser bar when it happened, and the name of your organization. Both of those let us find the same checklist you are looking at.
A screenshot is worth more than a paragraph describing one. Attach it to the reply if the form on this page has already opened your mail app.
The form on this page
The form writes the message for you: it turns your answers into a subject line and a body, then opens the whole thing in whatever mail app this device uses.
Nothing is sent from this page. Nothing reaches us until you press send in your mail app, so read it over first, attach a screenshot, and change anything you want changed.
If the button opens nothing, this device has no mail app registered for
mailto: links. Use Copy the message, then paste it into webmail. Writing
to support@flightplan.run yourself works exactly as well — the form is a
shortcut, not a different inbox.
What we cannot see
We cannot see your workspace unless you tell us what is in it. Task titles, answers and comments are yours, and support does not go looking through them, so a message that says "the task will not close" without saying which checklist gets a reply asking which checklist.
Before you write
Two pages answer most of what arrives at support:
- Common questions — why a task is blocked, whether editing a workflow breaks a checklist already running, why a schedule did not generate.
- How assignment works — who is allowed to close a task, which is the other half of most "I cannot do this" messages.
For anything about billing, cancellation or your data, write to the same address.
Write to us
Answer what you can and this writes the email. It opens in your own mail app, where you can read it over and add a screenshot before you send it.
